If a paid report permanently fails, it is refunded automatically to your original payment method. Sandbox purchases use test cards and are never real charges.
If service is unavailable
If checkout or report generation cannot proceed, no successful purchase or completed report should be implied. Contact support if a payment appears to have gone through without a report.
Failed paid reports
A paid report that permanently fails to generate is refunded automatically. You do not need to ask. Refund status shows in your dashboard billing history.
Refund requests
For a refund request, include the account email and relevant receipt details in the NeedleFoundAI support channel provided with your purchase. Requests are reviewed under the applicable consumer laws and payment terms.
Report limitations
The report describes a bounded sample at a point in time. Variation in assistant responses alone does not mean that the service failed to deliver the described sample.
